The ChiaoGoo Interchangeable Needle System comes in three coded sizes. Mini, Small and Large. This allows the joins from cable to needle to be super smooth and won't snag your knitting.

It is important to buy the correct size needles to fit the cable by matching the coding.

Mini Needle Sizes: 1.50mm to 2.50mm

Small Needle Sizes: 2.75mm to 5.00mm

Large Needle Sizes: 5.50mm to 10.00mm

The TWIST and RED needles are surgical-grade, stainless steel, nylon-coated, multi-strand steel cables. TWIST cables are memory free and have lifeline holes. They are user-friendly to knitters who are sensitive to nickel.

The Bamboo needles have precisely tapered, hand-crafted tips. They are made of Moso bamboo which is the largest and strongest bamboo out of over 1,000 different species. The size is permanently laser imprinted on each needle. The patina color is obtained with thermal heat.
