A different approach to yarn clubs, customizable and no subscription necessary!
Alongside our regular yarn base offerings (please choose from the drop down menu) we have found and ordered a beautiful new yarn base. Bluefaced Leicester wool has a gorgeous natural sheen and a long staple length which when spun adds strength to the yarn. When you add 45% more pure silk to the blend you get a stunning, luxury yarn that will make gorgeous shawls or other special garments. BFL is one of the best known and used British breeds of sheep.
By joining the April Makers club you are supporting another small Australian indie maker. This month we are partnering with Kylie from Kitch Kreative who makes the most gorgeous project bags. She will be making a project bag perfect for sock knitting or small projects, from fabric sourced from Noosa Fabric Co, another small local to me business, just for us to match our April theme. I personally have one of these bags and use it constantly.
