Crocus

Crocus is a clear purple with light pink highlights and is part of our Summer Collection. It is a very lightly tonal yarn that is a semi solid.

We aim to dye and ship custom order within a week of the order being placed. Very often they ship sooner.

Please note - different yarn bases will accept the dye differently resulting in slight variations in the colour.  For instance, on our non superwash bases the colour will be less saturated and on a base with a high silk content the silk will reflect the light and the colour will appear lighter and more diffused.

The Summer Collection of colourways is not available on our Merino Silk Yak yarn bases as these are a grey base and the clear, bright and fun colours of this collection will not translate to a moody grey base.

Care - Handwash only We recommend that all our hand dyed yarns are hand washed in cool or tepid water and dried flat for best care.

Small batch dyed in Brisbane, Australia. We try to represent colourways as accurately as possible in our product photos. Colours may vary slightly from skein to skein, even within the same dyelot, which is the nature of hand-dyeing.  Please ensure you buy enough to finish your project as future dyelots may have subtle differences. We also recommend that you alternate between skeins every few rows on larger projects.
