Thread Cutter.

This is a lovely thread / yarn cutter in bronze metal. The blades are hidden between each groove around the outside of the cutter and there is a hole in the top to wear it as a necklace so it is always handy.

It is perfect for wearing on flights where scissors are not allowed.
