Melody Silky 4 Ply

Melody is one of our Autumn colourway collection. The dark purple colour is lighter when dyed on this yarn base and the silk reflects the light. Melody has been dyed as a soft tonal colourway of purples.

Soft and silky fingering weight yarn. The gorgeous sheen and drape makes this a beautiful luxury yarn for that special project. Create gorgeous shawls, wraps and tops or a stunning cardigan. This is not recommended as a sock yarn as the drape of the silk would make them slouch or fall down.

50% Merino Wool, 50% - Silk 400m (437yds) per 100 grams. 

We recommend that all our hand dyed yarns are hand washed in cool or tepid water and dried flat for best care. Small batch dyed in Brisbane, Australia.

We try to represent colourways as accurately as possible in our product photos. Colours may vary slightly from skein to skein, even within the same dyelot, which is the nature of hand-dyeing. Please ensure you buy enough to finish your project as future dyelots may have subtle differences.

We also recommend that you alternate between skeins every few rows on larger projects.
