Pomegranate Harvest Hues 10 Ply

Harvest Hues yarn is a blend of organically farmed Falklands Merino and Zwartbles farmed locally from the John Arbon Textiles mill in Devon, UK. The Zwartbles sheep is naturally dark brown and when blended with the pre-dyed Merino colours it transforms into deep, mottled shades reminiscent of Exmoor where this small family run mill is located. Harvest Hues is worsted spun – this preparation method combs the fibres in one direction, accentuating a blend’s softness, shine and strength. The elegant Merino and bouncy Zwartbles complement each other perfectly, giving the yarn a delicate woolly halo and full-bodied texture.
