Pattern by Cheryl Costin Designs - Natural Fibre Arts

This pattern has been technically edited and test knit to ensure you receive a quality pattern free from errors.

The socks are knit from the top down and instructions are given for knitting in the round using 9” circular needles, however the pattern can easily be converted to your favourite sock knitting method using DPNs or Magic Loop on longer circular needles.

SIZE - Adult sizes in small, medium, large & x-large. As a general guide the sizes range from Ladies Size US 6 (EU 36) shoe through to approximately mens size US 10 (EU 44).

People who have sensitive feet, me included, can sometimes find that knitted socks cause a burning sensation on the soles of their feet. Other people need socks that do not restrict circulation to their feet or legs. The instructions in this pattern are written to create a pair of socks that are comfortable and healthy to wear.

YOU WILL NEED
  • Size 2.25mm shorties circulars (or sock needles of your choice)
  • Stitchmarkers.

INCLUDED IN THE KIT

  • 1 x 100 gram skein NFA Eco Lux Sock - 85% Superwash Australian Merino 15% Biodegradable Nylon
  • 1 code to download a digital pattern from Ravelry

Care - Handwash only We recommend that all our hand dyed yarns are hand washed in cool or tepid water and dried flat for best care.

Hand-dyed in small batches in Brisbane, Australia. We try to represent colourways as accurately as possible in our product photos. Colours may vary slightly from skein to skein, even within the same dyelot, which is the nature of hand-dyeing. If you buy more than one, we will do our best to match them up. Please ensure you buy enough to finish your project as future dyelots may have subtle differences. We also recommend that you alternate between skeins every few rows on larger projects.
